Circular knitting machine FAQ
Commissioning time varies with machine complexity, site readiness, utilities, target fabric, operator experience and the acceptance scope. A reliable schedule separates unloading, installation, alignment, no-load checks, yarn setup, trial production, corrections, training and final sign-off.
The right answer depends on the target fabric, the exact machine configuration and the evidence included in the offer. Use the question below as a procurement and operating checklist, then confirm project-specific details in writing.

Power, compressed air where required, floor conditions, access and handling equipment must be available.
New yarns, jacquard files or difficult structures can require more adjustment than a proven repeat order.
Training, sustained running and multiple fabric checks require more time than a short startup demonstration.
These factors should be reviewed together. A statement about one feature can be misleading when yarn, structure, take-down, finishing or operating conditions are different. For a meaningful comparison, send the same requirement and sample information to each supplier and record all assumptions.
Keep the answers with the quotation, approved sample and later commissioning record. This creates continuity between sales discussion, machine configuration, factory trial and final acceptance.
Ask for machine-specific documents, current images or footage and a trial record where relevant. Avoid treating a generic catalogue statement as proof that a particular fabric, output or operating result will be achieved.
Share the fabric structure, yarn, finished width or tubular requirement, weight target and expected production plan. Kunyuan can use those inputs to discuss a suitable machine family and the checks needed before ordering.
