• Explain the preferred finished bulk and hand, the proposed care instructions, and whether each supplied cutting has already been brushed or washed.

Approve the inside and outside together

Request comparison cuttings in clearly identified finishing states, then choose whether a garment sample is needed to judge seams and movement. Keep acceptance notes with the selected cutting. Carry the yarn arrangement, inside-surface preference and finishing history into the sweatshirt production discussion so that the next trial addresses the intended result.
